What is it really? If it is indeed personal then why should I be doing it for you?
I want you to take a moment and think about a few things about your life in general; your relationships, your career, your health, the things you have and the things you wish you could have. I know, this will take more than a minute. Please keep reading though...
Let's make it simple. Do you find yourself in similar kinds of relationships with different people? Do you end up working for a new boss but he or she reminds you of your previous boss? Do you get so excited about moving into a new place but soon you realize that your spark has gone? How about being around certain people and feeling completely drained almost immediately? Do you believe that we are all energy?
Well, I do. And I believe that you can restore the balance in your life by being aware, being responsible, and learning to effectively navigate your life. All it takes is tuning into your own energy. Remember, this is not about doing anything or fixing anything outside of yourself. It is all about your energy perspective. You will limit your view of the world and life by your own limited perception of self. You can learn how, by observing and redirecting the energy you put out, you can bring balance back to your life. Our emotions, desires, and memories effect us on different energetic levels. When we are disturbed by an experience, trauma, or a belief pattern we need to ask ourselves something very simple:
Is this coming to me or is it coming from me?
The more you understand yourself the easier it will be to identify what it is that triggers you. When you are triggered the next time, you will learn to ground yourself before you react. You will learn to take a deep breath and release the negative charge from your body. You will learn to listen to your body, knowing that the symptoms you may have been ignoring will continue to stay with you until you take the time to change your energy perspective.
When I do a personal clearing I will receive energetic information and direct you to where it is coming from. This information could be a physical pain somewhere in your body, a headache, or fear of something or someone, etc. You will learn how not to label your feelings but how to acknowledge and release them. Avoided feelings are not harmless inhabitants. They become like tenants who never pay rent and occupy your house until it collapses. Your physical body can also collapse if it is left drained and unsupported. Unresolved issues can turn into a charge (energetically speaking) and when you end up in an environment where the same charge is in present or when you are around someone who carries the same charge you will be triggered immediately. That is why you need to pay close attention to those who challenge you and the situations that make you uncomfortable. These people and situations reveal your own charges and areas that need attention. Once these patterns are cleared you will feel lighter and more peaceful, free of reactions and negativity that had once held you back.
So this is not rocket science. In order for you to feel balanced emotionally, physically, mentally, and spiritually, you need to be clear of any extra baggage you have been carrying. Wouldn't life feel better if you felt more in control?
