Today, almost 65 percent of Americans are considered overweight.  Now, please think about this for a moment.  How will this effect our future?  Our physical and emotional well-being?  What about our children?  Are they eating healthy foods or are they already caught living in the fast lane just like their parents? Obesity in children and adolescents is a serious issue, especially in the US.  Unfortunately, this problem causes many health and social consequences that often continue into adulthood.
